Re: Phil's Kaoss Guitar, Korg Kaoss Pad / Epiphone Les Paul Mod

I have sinced added a Sustainiac Stealth Plus and a Roland GK-3 divided pickup. The Sustainiac allows controlled ongoing sustain, engaged and controlled by the volume and tone knob you can dial in various harmonic / non-harmonic sustain modes. Quite a rats nest in this guitar now.

The GK-3 allows me to output midi from the guitar ( using a Roland GR-20 guitar synth or simliar ).

Also put a couple momentary stomp switches in a box, added a connector and then wired up the Kaoss Pad's sample buttons to another connector, now I can stomp the record and sample buttons to use the effects that distort, reverse and time shift samples, hot beats! I'll put up a YouTube demo when I get the hang of it. Found the perfect thick aluminum enclosure on a shelf at Active Surplus, I think it was some sort of cable modem before I ripped it up. Switches came from Small Bear Electronics ( great online source for stomp box tech ).
